Prom Catering

Prom Management will handle the hospitality catering for the TOUR Championship. They are responsible for all the food that is available on course, including the concession stands and all hospitality venues.

For Dining Chalet, Stirling, Peachtree Pavilion, and Executive Club Clients

Your menu has been preselected. Please see the amenities section for your hospitality package for your daily menu.

For Traditional Marquee and Veranda Suites Clients

The Prom Management menus for 2015 are listed on this website (See Vendors>Prom Catering>Menus).

There are many menu items available and they will be glad to work with you in developing any special menus that you would like to offer your clients.

Carrie Dillon will contact you before the tournament to see if you have any questions about the menus and to help you determine your food and beverage requirements for this year's tournament.

Prom Management will also work with you on service times and linen selections.

Food and Beverage Contract, Approved Menu, Guaranteed Guest Count and Linen Order are all due on August 14, 2015.

Full Advance payment due on September 8, 2015.
